Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • The wrong item is delivered

  • The product is unused and sealed

2. Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Time Limit

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

4. Process

  • Send a photo/video of the issue

  • Provide order number and contact details

  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

5. Refund Method

Refunds are sent to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
